Seamless Glass Shower Doors
Seamless glass shower doors add beauty to your bathroom that no other design can match. Bypass/Sliding Shower Doors
The most common form of shower door is the bypass door also known as sliding doors. These doors usually come in three sections and are on a track. The doors do not swing open or out, nor do they accordion. The doors simply slide on a track and allow for an opening (door) on either side of the tub or shower. One of the main advantages to bypass shower doors, other than the efficient use of space, is they are easy to keep clean. A disadvantage to bypass shower doors is the track is somewhat difficult to keep clean.
Swinging Shower Door
Swinging shower doors are used in large bathrooms and add a hint of sophistication to any bathroom. Usually swinging shower doors are between 36 to 48 inches wide and are hinged with either single- or double-action hinges. Swinging shower doors must open outward so the person inside cannot be trapped or injured in any way.
